The purpose of the research is to study of local irritant action of complex insectoacaricide drug "RolfClub 3D shampoo” on rats’ skin and guinea pigs’ mucous membranes of the eyes.Materials and methods. Local irritant action of complex insectoacaricide drug "RolfClub 3D shampoo” was evaluated in the experiment on determination of acute skin toxicity of rats on the thickness of skin fold. Only animals with healthy skin, which was kept on standard dietary and which has undergone 7 days absolute quarantine before experiment, were used.
